Hi, I'm Brooke Katz –– Certified AI Specialist and seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the real estate world. I’ve spent my career helping clients buy and sell homes, while also supporting top-producing agents behind the scenes with tech, marketing, operations, and strategy.

Along the way, I noticed a major gap in our industry: lead generation. Agents were working tirelessly, pouring time and money into cold leads (including myself), only to burn out chasing people who weren’t serious. I knew there had to be a smarter way.

For the past two decades, I've been driven by a deep curiosity and passion for forward-thinking innovations and emerging technology. Whether it was exploring the earliest forms of digital automation or staying ahead of the curve with AI advancements, I’ve always been drawn to tools that make life and business more efficient, creative, and impactful. That passion naturally found its place in the world of real estate — where I saw an urgent need for smarter, more scalable lead generation systems.
